Motivation applied to diet change.

Published by krazykuvaas at 3:46 pm under Health and fitness Edit This

Hi all!

A lot of people want to lose change their diet, but they fail to stick with a plan.  Sometimes, the plans that are chosen are just bad or doomed to fail.  People want a quick fix, but weight loss is a long, arduous process, at least, at first.  So, for now, forget about a plan.  I’ll discuss weight loss options later.  The first goal is to find that motivator.  Something that will keep you from binging or just eating an enormous meal when you shouldn’t.  As I stated in the previous post, this motivation should be powerful and personal.  By choosing your own motivation, you are creating autonomy, and  making your own diet and exercise choices for yourself gives you power.  As you stick with it, you will build confidence due to your competence.  Also, as mentioned with exercise, find a friend(s) and act as support for each other.  These three things can combine to create one hell of a mental fortitude.  Without this mental fortitude, failure is a high possibility.   Have a good day and stay cheerful.
